Norton High/Low Indicator

Hey guys, haven't really posted much as I'm doing a lot of reading and working on making my system rock solid right now but hopefully will be doing a lot more in the future.

As the title states anyone heard of this indicator or seen it? Would really like to take a look at it but can't find anything about it anywhere

ToS or Sierra Charts but if someone has it for Ninja/Meta/TV/any other platform I'd be happy trying to reverse engineer it and post it
