Just to clarify, you can't import the indicator into 8.0.22.2 (that was originally exported from 8.0.17.2) and you just want to import into 8.0.22.2?
Is this a CS file and not a DLL? I.E. you can open the CS file for code editing within NT itself?
EDIT: The 8.0.22.2 should be able to import from the 8.017.2 version, unless there were code breaking changes in between as you are traversing across a few versions of NT8.

Thanks JonnyBoy for your answer.. When I try to import the zip file thru NT8 I got an error saying "This Ninjascript was made from an older, incompatible version of NT", I checked the info file and version is 8.0.17.2.
I have the CS and DLL files. The seller told me that need to install manually.. so I copy dll and cs to ninjatrader 8/bin/custom.
Im able to open the cs thru NinjaScript Editor compile but nothing. Im guessing is missing something to get info from NT but not sure.
If this is supplied by a vendor and it comes with a DLL, it essentially means that the code is obfuscated. In this case the CS file is only a header and it isn't the indicator itself as that is contained within the DLL, which is encrypted.
If you copy the .dll file to the directory as instructed by the vendor and restart NT, do you see the indicator in the available list of indicators to add to your chart?

This is from Dynotrading correct? The .dll files are obfuscated, so unless your Machine ID has been added to the NT Vendor Licensing (assuming they are using this) I would request some assistance from the vendor. If your Machine ID is good to go, there is no reason why this is not importing from the install zip file they gave you.
