My Dorman statements do not show the times, only the last four digits of the Order ID.
Can find the time of execution only by going to: NT Trade Performance/Executions and match the Order ID to the trade.
From what I've seen of Edge Clear and FT71 it occurs to me they might offer more of the quality of info and attention that you need. https://edgeclear.com/about-us/
I can post a picture of a Dorman statement. Could you do the same for a Phillip Capital statement? Because I heard Phillip have better statements.
My experience as a day trader in the US Equities RTH Session is that my Trade Performance report and my statements match 99.99 % of the time. Whenever I get discrepancies it's usually because of overnight positions. If you do that a lot it explains why you're having issues. But if you're only day trading - it shouldn't be an issue?
To be honest - I think it's very disappointing that Ninjatrader Brokerage (Dorman/Phillip) does not have an eletronic portal which shows basic account information and where you can log on to check your positions, account size, etc.
If not for the fact that I'm basically married to Ninja by now, I would seriously consider switching.
I agree with you, ninjatrader brokerage should also have a portal for you to handle any data connections. It can be a pain if you have multiple accounts to make any changes.
