Has anyone old NT 6.5 installer?
Can it download files during setup?
I can't find it on NT.com

That's a very old version, probably NT stopped supporting it altogether.

I might ask, is there anything specific you need from 6.5? Is it impossible to get that on later and more latest versions?

I have NT 7 and 8 installed.
I need to check some in NT 6.5
Not sure that installer can download all files from net,
so if it is possible it would be great to get full installation and documents folder.

I wouldn't trust any internet source that can provide 6.5 tbh, but just in case someone here has it they might share with you.

I'm not even sure if it can be installed any more as NT has removed from their official site and I'm pretty sure reading somewhere that it doesn't support Windows 7 SP1 and above. So, even if you got it I doubt you can get it to work on your current windows.

Assuming you have a license key; did you enter it into the NT website download page, and see if it offers that version for download?

I am assuming that what they offer to download is based on the version that was originally tied to the license key.
