Is anyone using NinjaTrader 8 with TD Ameritrade,
since I have a couple of questions:

1) with Futures; say NQ or MNQ to you have any idea
the milliseconds required for a round trip Market order?
For example, from New York City, a Rithmic connection
via NT8 is roughly 150 milliseconds round-trip for
a Market order.

2) Do they allow for volume scalping?

3) In a margin account; are their fees comparable to
a regular futures broker?

THANK YOU for the information.

I use NT8 with TD Ameritrade and from my experience TD Ameritrade API does not allow you to use NT8 to trade futures. You will have to contact TD Ameritrade to Enable your advanced trading which only works with Think or Swim.

It is better to create an account with NT8 Brokerage. If you have NT8 paid software then their contract fees are much cheaper. You will only need to deposit about $400 to open an account. Their fees for trading Futures are .46 per contract for MNQ, MES. NQ

2) Do they allow for volume scalping?
TD Ameritrade doesn't provide Tick data or Market Depth to NT8 you might need to purchase that from Kinetick.

3) In a margin account; are their fees comparable to
a regular futures broker?
TDA fees are bit higher for Futures then NT.
