This question shall not be confused with Demo-trading as in demo you have real-time or near to real-time data feeds connected to your trading platform and you place orders manually and it will reach the Take-Profit/Stop-Loss etc target in due time.
In the simulated trading, you have the historical tick data (or at least historical data from a reputable Forex/Futures broker), and you can place the order manually and set the Take-Profit/Stop-Loss etc then you play/playback the market.
Conceptually the Trading simulator platform is different from demo if you know what I mean?
May someone please mention a few Forex/Futures trading simulator platforms names and prices?

The way you are using the terms "demo" and "simulated" is different from the way they are usually used, so let me be sure I have understood what you are asking.
What you are calling "demo-trading" usually is actually called "simulation" trading -- that is, there is a real-time or slightly delayed data feed and you place orders that are "simulated," because they do not actually get sent to the exchange and are not executed. You are imitating real trading, in real time or with a time delay, but not actually trading.
I believe that what you are calling "simulated" or "simulator" trading is usually called "replay" or "playback" trading -- you select a period in the past, and the trading platform replays the price action for that period and allows you to enter orders that also, of course, are not actually sent to the exchange either. This is also imitating real trading, in a previous period of time that is being recreated by your trading software.
If I have understood you correctly, these are features that most trading platforms have. Please note that in some cases, you will need a brokerage account.
Two platforms that offer "playback" ("replay") that I am familiar with are NinjaTrader and Sierra Chart, but these are very standard features in most platforms. As to costs and their exact features, you will need to check out their web sites for more details.
Others may have other suggestions.

Thanks. The "replay" or "playback" trading is what I need. I think NT8 will do this. But the thing is I need to be sure I experience the same price feed that was on the market on that specific period, with all abnormalities, spikes, all ticks data in the exact condition, uncleaned, unerased, untouched? Will the data in 30day trial of NT8 have this kind of data feeds? If not, what data feeds provider do fill this bill for market replay with all abnormalities, spikes, all ticks data in the exact condition, uncleaned, unerased, untouched?

I'm not sure about the quality as there are few similar automated strategies market-replay simulated trading available as explained in above comments, thus I can't decide to purchase it or not right now? Do you mind commenting on the quality of this software comparing it to NT8, etc, please?
Is this the only Market-reply trading simulator that allows manual trading(manually placing orders in Market-replay trading) as well? Or there may be competitors having the same quality Manual trading in Market-Replay simulation trading available as well?
For simulation, you could try Sierra Chart as their service package 3 or 5 which have a 30 minutes delayed data. You don't need an account at a broker to use it and the software is functional. Unfortunately I don't know if you can find real time futures data for free. Another option is to try one of the combines at the lowest price level which would usually include a free software, and in that case you would have real time data. But it is a bit more expensive. And I haven't looked it into myself but perhaps you could try Trading View, maybe you could get the data at a discount or something but I really have no idea. But their monthly plans are cheaper than the combines.
