Help finding a web based chart with tick charts and publishing of ideas

Does anybody know of a web based charting platform that can do tick charts down to at least 2000 ticks and publish ideas? Live data not required but preferred. I love TradingView but they don�t have tick charts yet. I need a simple way to link to each of my plays for my journal and would also be useful to be able to do some manual backtesting while out and about.

I'm not in the US but see if ThinkorSwim does a free trial and then see if they have tick charts.

Note that this is only relevant for futures markets. There is no centralised exchanges for fx markets and etc index markets so tick charts do not show you every market participant unlike the centralised futures market exchanges.

Sadly ToS web does not have tick charts. But great idea. Thanks for the suggestion.
Any other ideas out there?

What do you mean by publish ides? Trend Spider has a web base platform. Trade station just introduced their web platform

Publish as in create a web link to a chart with drawings on it. Yea trendspider and trading view both have publishing but no tick charts. At least not yet.
