Looking for a indicator similar to a pivot point but rather than calculate from previous days high low open/close/3 it calculates it back 10 or 20 candles back and it changes every x amount of candles you choose, anything like this exist?

Yes, this exists and is called rolling pivot indicator. You would define a lookback period of N days. The indicator will then calculate the high and low of the prior N days and yesterday's close. The result will be used to calculate pivots.

The chart attached shows 5-day rolling pivots.
