Different email had elite membership - can't access elite membership
First, we disallow duplicate member accounts and have strict warnings about it. So it is in everyone's best interest to please follow our directions about this, to avoid this situation and the problems it causes.
If you know the username and password of the correct account with Elite Membership, then simply log out of your duplicate account and login to the correct one. Visit the homepage, scroll to bottom right, and select Log Out.
If you do not know the old username or password, or if you no longer have access to the old email address, then you'll need to scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Contact Us".
When contacting us, include as much information as possible to help you, such as your old email address or username, even if you don't have access to it any longer. We will then lookup some information to verify your account, and delete your duplicate username.
