Hi, I have a goal that I’m quite lost on how to achieve.
I want to trade the bund on 5 minute time frame. I’m looking to use a DOM, Heatmap, Footprint. I’m not sure which broker I should use but I have a hunch that ninja trader or jigsaw should be my platform…
Some more details :
1) I’m American
2) I would like ability to paper trade and trade with real money
3) I’m not willing to put up a $10,000 account. Is it still possible? Isn’t 1 bund contract in the thousands? Therefore leads me to believe I need a 100k account to do proper risk management ( I come from forex where the units of measurement are much smaller)
4) What should my expectation be on monthly cost of getting access to bund with data feed, platform fees, etc…
Any advice on brokers, expenses, a nudge in the right direction would be so immensely helpful.
Thank you!!!
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
ninja trader has all the tools you listed . jigsaw has a better Dom . i do not think there are any footprints . there are all so a lot of fee indicators on the forum for ninja trader. it is widely used and supported here.
EUREX data (Full Market Depth) will cost you $23 per month. ( ninjatrader.com/MDE)

NT comes with a Dynamic DOM. You can ask NT for the Static DOM which I think will cost you $0,10 per trade. Verify with NT cause I am not 100% sure about this and maybe it has changed.
