I paid a full year subscription, after taking an online master class I felt ready to try and trade their system. I have over 10 years experience trading different system and this service was appealing with the high risk/reward promised return. Here is what I learned. Dan one of the pro traders and the one on all marketing info trades very amaturish and not following rules in his own master class, emotional entries, ignores pre-defined stop losses. Simple example with MHK tanking just a few days ago, multiple entries and no stops, decides to swing this, then comes back he wil hold it for a month a longer, he is confident it will go back up. We are talking about Daytrading service here!!!! I understand that I have not seen the trading room for longer than 2 weeks but my experience is very negative -no good trades over this period. Ok now customer service, when I requested a refund, the rep was really rude to me, acting like know it all kind of person, suggesting that I papertrade first.... basically looking for any excuse not to refund the money. Statement were very offensive to me and I did mention that I will write a negative review, that did not stop this rep.
Nothing positive can be said about the people that work there. Trading room will only last about an hour per day and out of that hour we have had only 1 trade average per day??? They are promising more trades when the earning season begins, yet we had several earning yesterday and this morning, no one even looked at them in the trading room. I am shocked. A bunch of kids running the show. How did I get into this... The traiding concept is based on "catching a falling knife" ... which was not ever a part of youtube marketing that made me join. I regret about my decision.
