Rithmic Pro logs out every 5 mins - anyone else experience this

I've only been using R Trader Pro about 3 months, but 2 days ago it started doing what the title says - I have it open roughly 5 mins and it just logs out and sends me back to the log in screen. I tried uninstall, download, reinstall, made sure it was up to date.

Curious if anyone else is either experiencing it now, or in the past and has any recommendations.

Just as a side note - I don't actively trade using it, not looking for other recommendations for software. I use Jigsaw on top of it for trading. I tried though not launching Jigsaw at all in case that was related, and RTrader Pro logs me out regardless.

With all the new CME-rules you only have 1 connection at the same time. So you cannot connect R-Trader Pro and Jigsaw at the same time or you pay the monthly data-fees twice.

So if you only have 1 connection, you could connect R-Trader Pro and Jigsaw with the "new" plug-in mode

First i open R-trader Pro and then connect both my platforms to it and pay one connection fee. Dont know what will happen for more than two.
