This is my journey on using something that a lot of other traders talked about. Since some of them said they only need 1 reason (BloodHound) to stay on the Ninja Trader platform, I really have to try it out for myself!
About myself:
Been trading since 2007
Have done options and stocks and futures
Not currently profitable
However, am getting better at it
Currently into price action trading (all sorts - Bob Volman, Al Brooks, Rob Smith etc.) but will to retry some indicator-based trading if BloodHound indicates that
One of my first task is to get oriented and I'll do this by downloading and... looking at others' journals(!). Thanks guys for going before me and providing some info to help the rest of us flatten the learning curve!
I like the part that there are separate outputs; one for long and one for short (my lifelong philosophy is that life is "gray" - there is no "black" or "white")
I also like the part that there is already so much "history" in BloodHound (this is not a "new" product - there were many users and discussions over the years)
I could see why I need more work to automate the discretionary system that I'm currently using but just for laughs, here's the first "revelation" I got (attachment). VIDYA_SRIF
