Is there any indicator which can draw Horizontal line till specific time or minutes from open. I do not need the line after specific minutes or time. this is also called open range.

Here's a simple and braindead OR indicator you can use. Hopefully it does what you need. Works on NT8.
I have an indicator that does something similar but not quite the same. I tweaked it a bit and made it do what you're looking for. This will draw an N-Period Min/Max lines between the two specified times. Note that for this to work properly, you'll need to run it on a time-based chart and set the Period properly. For example, if you have a 1-min chart and you're looking for the first 5-min opening range, then set the Period to 5 and you'll get your OR. Use values that make sense and divide evenly, otherwise the Min/Max values may not be accurate.
When you import this into NT8, you'll get a warning that you have duplicate MIN,MAX indicators on your system. You can safely ignore this and skip the import of the duplicates.
