I am unable to pull up an ES chart on NT without it crashing! please help or direct me to previous discussion with this problem.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?

If you do this, be sure to delete account numbers and sensitive information first (of which that file is full of).

The best is to email directly to support@NinjaTrader .com, they are very responsive.
Responsive doesn't mean they fix bugs easily.

thanks to all,
version 6.5 (i also reinstalled it) with zen-fire data on a mirus demo account. Everything works fine on version 7 so I don't think its data/broker.
I emailed them but I thought I might see if it was an easily fixed problem that was common.
no dice
I'll just wait to hear back from NT but let me know if you think of something
