Download Indicator Question

I have downloaded the ZigZagUTC_TL_BarCount_NT7 indicator (on page 5 of NinjaTrader 7 indicators herein)...

When I started to install in Ninja, I got the notice in the screen shot attached below..."The existing file "Indicator/MAX.cs" on your PC is a newer version of the one contained in the NinjaScript Archive File you are importing. Would you like to replace the existing file ?

I have not downloaded this indicator before...did a search on C drive for the "Indicator/MAX.cs" file and nothing showed up.

Any suggestions on this...what to do...should I go ahead and replace the existing file it says is there...??

It's the buildin MAX indicator, so the file is Indicator\@MAX.cs, and you don't need to replace it.
