This sort of thing comes up every now and again.
When you buy a software product like Jigsaw, download software, get free education, use support, took some upgrards, chatted in the chat room or the free version of Journalytix - there's costs incurred by us for each of those things.
Let's say you buy Jigsaw & use it for 2 years and decide trading isn't for you. It happens, trading isn't for everyone. Maybe you did/didn't use support but we still allocated resource for it. What's for sure, is that we incurred costs.
For this reason, like 99.99% of software companies that sell lifetime licenses, you can't pass them onto someone else. We'll incur costs for that person too.
There's no "rent free for a few years, give up and pass to someone else" license. All users have to buy it themselves.
It's fairly standard in the industry and makes sense, especially on a product like ours that has free support and upgrades.
