I have heard MultiCharts is considering adding the CD study to their platform in the next release but they say they do not know if it is worth their time with all the other stuff they are introducing... any thoughts on this and if anyone would move to Multicharts if they were to add this feature?

it would certainly make it easier for me to commit to purchasing their platform... unlike most, I dont care much about having a DOM with MC6 as I use Tradevec for Order Entry, or I can just use CQG or XTRADER ... I rather use MC6 for strategies and charting than discretionary trading and not have my charting impact my OE.. .. but that is just my opinion... if they can provide similar functionality to what MarketDelta has for Volume Breakdown, and I mean all the functionality of the VB and to some level FPPS as well , I would certainly commit funds to it.

I remember conversations about the CV in MultiCharts, but I don't recall the details. There is a version on our forum, but I don't believe it was sufficient. I will look into this again, and let everyone know what's going on.

Yes, MC7 has cumulative delta volume.

I posted about it here:
