There have been a couple of recent threads talking about monitors

Using Big Screen TV's as monitors.
Bulk Monitors Best Prices

But what about your trading setup? Lets see your trading setup for monitors.

Don't be shy, it is not a pissing match, just a chance to see what other people use.

Here is my current setup.

On the right is the trading machine, that only does trading, and uses three 30" Dell monitors. On the left is the old trusty iMac which does everything non-trading.

Is that a can of Red Bull on your desk?

Quoting
Does anybody else eyes hurt from sitting all day staring at these monitors

Thats why I generally use black background charts, to cut down on the output from the monitors. It is also why brightness adjustment and backlighting type for the monitor can be important.

Like that chair, aslan. The Aero...

Four screens plus a grab showing whats on them. I currently trade via TOS and would have that up in one screen if I was planning to enter or exit.

On the desk next to the mouse is a Texas Instruments BAII Plus

I haven't done it yet, because I still have a day job, but if and when I'm able to trade my own account for a living I intend to have what might be the strangest of the setups here. I have a broken tailbone, sitting is a pain in the ass :-(. I'm thinking I want to spend most of the trading hours on a treadmill running at a low enough speed I can comfortably type, but moving just so my body position isn't static.

Now, I really need to start doing something other than sitting, and this is something on my list of things to look into. I would really love to have a setup around a treadmill, but have not found anything yet. I may not trade, but would love to see the markets and perhaps TV/netflix while on the treadmill. I thought maybe doing this through the slow lunch period would help me get some activity. If anyone has a setup, please post it.

I suggest a Precor With a Monitor Wall and a Dragon Naturally Speaking 11 voice controlled NT7 (I am on heavy meds after all)
