I am interested in trading Eurex but the data fees seem high for someone starting, just wanting to sim trade. I have an account with AMP with Sierra Chart and have CME data for $5pm. Should I just trade the Micro ES before moving to DAX/Bund?

If you have an account with AMP, you should get EUREX-data for € 18.--/month. The CME will raise the prices very soon ($ 10.--/month for each of their 4 exchanges)
