I have a strategy that is using an aggregation period of 5 minutes. It is applied to a 1 minute chart.
I would like to have an alert once when there is a signal for the 5 minute aggregation.
The alert is set to signal once per bar when the signal is true and false 1 bar ago.
I get an alert on every 1 minute bar until the close of the aggregation period of the 5 minutes.
def buy = if conditionLONGAccels then yes else no;
alert(Buy and Buy[1] is false , "Long", alert.bar, sound.chimes);
Any help would be appreciated.
