I've been to several over the years.
At first they were informative but the last one (5 years ago) was not as interesting to me but that is probably because I did not find anything new.
The vendor area is the most interesting for me because I can see the things that are all smoke and mirrors and some interesting software.
There are only a few 'Live' paid sessions I found valuable. Those were usually the real time trading or market demos.
I will probably never attend again unless I happen to be in the area when one is being held. But that is because I am not seeking the Holy Grail any longer and do not need my trading method changed.
If you attend go for the free or low cost things and only check out the pay sessions after you get more seasoned. (Or not at all).
FWIW
What's the point of going? Is it to learn how to trade better? For that reason I probably wouldn't go of them already a professional trader. However, I still like hearing other people's trading styles. It might be fun to meet other traders though.
