Hello...are there NT8 versions of the "ana" indicators available? For example...anaCurrentDayVWAPV42?

Yes, the NT8 versions are prefixed with "ama" rather than "ana".

Unless I'm wrong only elite members can download files on futures.io .
You can check https://lizardtrader.com/fat-tails-indicators-nt7-nt8/ , all the ANA indicators are there.
