Sorry if this has been asked. I did a search and nothing showed. I also have an email to support at NT, but no reply so far.
Have anyone had this issue before. My chart-trader will not show on the right hand side-transparent:



Any suggestions?
I have windows 10/NT8

Also, I have found NT support are very responsive when using the NT support site. Never tried emailing them first.

No problem, so that means the other workspace is corrupted. It is not infrequent with NinjaTrader unfortunately.

If you look at @Blash threads, there's a recent comment by me in there thanking him because I used a method he shared to resolve general workspace issues.

Yeah from what I understand.... with NT7 or NT8 the more you keep changing things in a workspace as data is coming in or perhaps even when not connected the more vulnerable it becomes to deteriorating and therefore performing poorly.

I find it best to change things in a throwaway workspace then save a template and only apply templates in my main workspace.

Thank you Ron. I deleted the old one and started a new one. The chart trader works. The only problem is now I have to re-draw all of my trend lines and channels!!
No big deal, nothing wrong with starting with a clean chart once in a while.
I will take your advice.
