Hello,

whenever I open up Tradestation (after the Computer had been shutdown) Tradestation has completely forgot about all the Data it previously downloaded

This is pretty annoying as I always have to wait for every Symbol I open up to download the data again, which is time consuming

Is there a way to setup TradeStation so it keeps the data for some time, before downloading it again? I'm using TradeStation 9.5

Thanks &

Cheers

x6taifun,

Tradestation stores the data by default and you can see the settings for its Cache on the "Cache" tab of the Tradestation Network Preferences dialog (via File -> Preferences).
It might make sense to contact the Tradestation support directly, so they can help you with tracking the exact cause down.

Regards,
