Tools to analyze index components?

I am an intraday trader. I trade the SPY.

I use Tradestation now, butI would like to find a website/platform/program that will give me summary analysis of the performance of index components.

In Tradestation I can do a "Radar" (essentially a quote board) that lists the index components, and then sort on various columns like % change for the day. What I want to be able to do is have the program tell me, "322 of the components are up today," i.e. some sort of summation of all of the data in the Radar.

In Tradestation I can also do a scan, and because the stocks that come up are numbered, I can scroll to the end to see what the number that meet the scan criteria is. But this is pretty limited and anything but realtime.

In summary, lots of platforms websites will let you create a scan or a portfolio according to some criteria you select, but the only information that's easily available is a line item for each member of the scan/portfolio.

I want summary data for the items, not just a performance measure of the overall portfolio, but how many members are up on the day/above their short-term moving average/etc. And I want to be able to do all of this real time on short-term indicators for intraday trading.

Does anybody have any ideas? I would be willing to pay the monthly fee for a website like Finviz, for example, but that doesn't seem to offer intraday indicators.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

I don't know how much your willing to spend but my platform shows this type of data broken down by sector...it is over 1k per month.

Thanks. If it gives me what I want it is likely worth it. What platform?

Norgate has a lot of data similar to what you are looking for.

They provide "indices & current index constituents" for US stocks with a silver subscription and above. Silver is $270 per year.

There is an app that sits on your PC that is used to download csv files or it can be used with a plug in.

I've been curious about why people scan (I do it myself once in a while). You see millions of references to scanning on google but absolutely zilch on what to do with the crap you have scanned for.
