Change to Support Forum in Ninja 8?

Hi everyone,

I tried to log into the support forum for Ninja 8 today and something strange happened.

When I click on the Help/Support from the Ninja Trader site, it pops up a screen asking me to enter my "customer number" and then install something called vBulletin 5.5.1

This has never been required before. I then went to some past emails I have from previous support tickets. Every link I click on routes me to the same vBulletin 5.1.1 Install screen.

Has anyone else seen this before?

It's likely they are experiencing some technical issues with their forum.
