Using MT5 with a specific retail broker (AMP Futures) my EA works fine when having a latency of 20ms but not having 100ms.
I have noticed that even with virtual money my orders are not filled with the desire price meaning that even on demo slippage affects.
Is there any significant difference when trading with real money?
If my EA works on demo conditions will it work trading with real money?
If those HFT EAs used by institutions having colocated datacenters with direct access to exchange would be tested on MT5 demo with a retail trader would they work anyway?
