Average range of a time based candle

Hello Traders,
i'm trying to build a study that:

* Tells me the range (in % of the contract value) of the current bar .
(for instance the first hour of the mini dax is say 0,58% of the mini dax value :15000= 87 points)
*compare this range to n previous bar that started at the same time.

(like i'm looking at a 60 min chart, the first 60 mn bar (8h00- 8h59mn59s) just closed, at 0.58% of the contract value 15000= 87 points)
i want now compare this range to the n previous 60mn bars that started at the same time (like all the 8h00-8h59mn59s over the past 10 days for instance).

Is there an existing study i could use for this?

There is no native study that will do this. It would require programming a custom study.
It would be very difficult to do it with a spreadsheet study, with significant limitations.
