The Swing Indicator that ships with NT8 is fairly complex code and adding to it seems like a bad idea in general. However, I'm curious if there is a method of creating a perpetual value during those times when the Swing values are null (n/a) in the data box?

Null values appear when price breaks either the upper or lower Swing line. My hunch is to make the data from the last bar "perpetual" until a new value prints. After the broken Swing line begins printing again then that will become the new "perpetual" value.

In other words, I'm trying to eliminate broken Swing lines where no data prints.
