Does TOS have an API for Custom Programs?

Hello,

When I look through the options on TOS, I don't see anything for Strategies.
Can a custom program be written for TOS and installed directly into the program
with their API ( do they have an API) for futures trading?

You create studies and strategies in Thinkscript. The strategies can signal entries, but not auto-trade.
