Spread Bar

Is it possible to create a Spread Bar chart type in ToS similar to CQG Spread Bar? Does anyone know how to go about it? The high and low of a spread bar in ToS, for example, instrument1-instrumet2, on a Daily time frame is not accurate... Thanks in advance!
