Hello!

I'm trying to take in some basic info but am having trouble finding some basic info.

I'm trying to:

def buy = high crosses above upperband

does this not do what I think it does? Will it signal a buy once the high of the candle crosses above the upper bollinger band?

I know this has been quite sometime, but did you figure this out yet? Your code should indeed define buying the breakout over the upperband, however, without seeing the rest of your code I couldn't say fully where the issue is(was?).
