Text Box Indicator that shows the last time the price was near the current level?

Does anyone know of an indicator for NT or even MT4 that will show in text, the last time the price was close to the current price... for example ... price of 1.234 was last near this level 15minutes ago or price of 2.345 was last near this level 2 weeks ago.. ?
