I couldn't find this answer anywhere. How is the elite membership billed on my credit card? I have a charge on my card from a company that I don't recognize.

Yes, but it should also say futures io. If you could email me your receipt I'd like to check further to make sure our merchant is handling it correctly.
I would like to order the elite membership, but I have to pay the dutch 21% BTW taxes on it. I find it strange, because it is not mentioned anywhere & it is not a Dutch product. Please advice.
