Bricks Trend Sierra study C++ coding tweak required to improve performance

I have been using the brick trend indicator for awhile now but everytime it shifts from one trent to next,

it always laggs by 1 bar especially when trading 1 tick range per bar period.

It tends to give the wrong color shift of the bricks as the trend changes,

the last brick from the previous trend shifts late to the new trend brick as the next brick forms, this generates 2

simultaneous bricks everytime a trend shifts and this affects results as when i use a spreadsheet autotrader it always opens a trade 1 tick away because of this..

i have attached examples below and the source codes

Can't get in touch with creator on sierra ()

Could someone help with the code issue because i have zero coding experience,
