You know it's funny,

Trading has to be one of the most mentally challenging professions known to man, and we all know that.

Now... for me personally one of my biggest issues has been FOMO.

Especially for sideways markets, my biggest regret has been going into choppy conditions and losing a ****ton of money.

I'm a trend trader and ranges are not my friend.

Anyways, I just got to thinking... NIKE should make a slogan for trading FOMO lol.

The slogan being "Just (Don't) Do It"

See... if a market is going sideways there's nothing you can do about.
If conditions are not ideal there's nothing you can do about it except avoid them until the market matches your style.

So I had a funny thought.

Just Don't Do It.

Simple but effective.

You're watching the market... you're seeing conditions are awful... you're tempted to trade...

JUST DON'T DO IT.

I hope this has been mind opening in some kind of way, just my thoughts that I decided to share on here
