I am interested to backtest market behavior during important economic announcements, such as ISM Manufacturing, Non Farm Payroll report, Fed interest rate decision, GDP, CPI etc.

My question is, where can I find the rules for the timing of those events, including exceptions - for example, the NFP report is published at 8:30am at the first Friday of the month. But what happens if there's a holiday on that Friday?

Alternatively, is there a good historical calendar (preferably one the can be easily exported) with all those dates and times, for say the last 5-10 years?
