Multiple Data, Allocating code when or not to use the data
I'm working with a 3 Data chart in Multicharts. I'm looking to take advantage of both longer term and shorter term opportunities. What I'd like to have happen is this: If I'm "short-term long/short," I'd only like the "short term long/short exit" to apply. Same in reference to the longer term trades.
The problem is, sometimes a shorter or longer term Condition might be true and trigger the wrong exit. I tried to counter this with an "AND" clause (see below), but that doesn't seem to be doing the trick (ex: I'm getting a "short term entry" and then a "long term exit," when I'd like it to be a "short term exit" instead).
Is there a way to specify an entry into the market and disregard the information on the other data stream? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time.
