Problems with data feed from barchart.com

Has anyone used the futures data feed from barchart.com with Ninja Trader 8? I'm trying to use it for order flow and am not getting the bid/ask tick data, so my candles are empty. This is a demo account for ES and CL but I am paying for the Russell TF ($110). I'm not looking for detailed analysis here (I am trying to get answers from both barchart and ninja trader), just was curious if this is already a known problem.
