Linear regression Channel on MultiCharts

I am looking for the formula to the John Carter Linear regression channel found in Think Or Swim. I want to program one for Multi Charts.net. Can anyone direct me in the correct direction or assist ? I will also hire a programmer to do this... Thanks in advance !!
