Hi,
I have been practicing for the past 3 months trading eminis using NinjaTrader 8 demo account with live data and have been very satisfied with the platform overall.

I have made the decision to buy the software and am not sure which broker/data package would be suitable for me. I would like to use the software to trade eminis and also analyze historical data of ETFs and Stock at new york exchange and potentially a few other exchanges (Japan, Hong Kong, etc for night trading). This is my evaluation criteria:

1. Broker Commissions for round trip
2. Prefer strongly that orders/stops/OCO reside at the exchange or data provider server at the minimum
3. Data quality/reliability/minimum downtime and different available data providers
4. Historical data access.
5. Ability to pull live and historical ETF and Stocks data with Ninjatrader

Which broker/data package do you suggest I select based on your experience?

Personally i prefer IQfeed as a data feed for the following reasons:
- high quality data
- API to bolt on your own stuff
- broker independent

Once your business grows, you may use two brokers (not put all your eggs in one basket)
then IQfeed allows you to keep your datafeed stable and you just flip the broker connection
