hello everyone,
i have some tradestation strategies that i want to evaluate to see whether they could be profitable or not, but right now i don't have a subscription to tradestation. these strategies are designed some for equities, some for futures and for different chart types like minute, kase, range and daily.
i learned that multicharts has a 30 day free trial and so i actually downloaded the platform and started the trial only to find out that, a) multicharts can't open tradestation files, b) even if i managed to open the workspaces, the free trial only includes delayed daily data, nothing else.
i did some further research and downloaded two other trading platforms called track n' trade and trading sciences platform because it was implied that they were also easylanguage compatible. both proved totally useless.
so, could there be a way anyone could think of to be able to have something like a free or really cheap trial on tradestation? or, would anyone be so kind as to let me use a simulated login for a couple of hours over a weekend? i would only need to install the platform, open the files, update the futures symbols where necessary and download all the data for the charts, after that i think i could do the evaluations and possibly optimizations offline. for anything related to this possibility, please contact me by private message.
