If you are using SC with a data feed supplier who does not offer true server side OCO orders, then this solution from SC may be just what you need.

Seems as though SC have just released/documented this:

Thanks, I know it, but it's not working very well.

We did some tests in May with a client who wanted to use this but we went into big troubles.
If you're connected in RDP to the DTC server and have a brutal network disconnection (let's say your wifi goes down, the RDP session is then closed) then the DTC server won't send anything to its client for a constant 14 seconds. Can be annoying if it's happening at the wrong time...
Both events, RDP unclean disconnection and DTC stop talking, are not supposed to be correlated at all so there is a problem somewhere...
Sierra support answer was laconic "We recommend not using a VPS and instead get a dedicated server." which makes no sense at all, so be it .

If the only way to make it work is to have the DTC server installed locally on your own PC then DTC is a useless functionality.
