Have 10+Mb/s internet connection. Does anyone have any idea if fast enough to handle two different data feed providers? Feeds will not be used on same computer but same (1Gb) network.
I know if different ports are used will not cause any problems. What known problems may exist?

This bandwidth is more than needed, but the latency is something to care about too, not only the bandwidth.
But as it seems you're not in a middle of nowhere, the latency won't be a problem neither.
So you should be able to few dozen data feed without any issues.
This goes for ISP service, and also goes for inside your home.
Best bet, if possible, is to be wired from your ISP (cable), and also wired inside your home (direct ethernet to router, instead of wireless notebook or wifi adapter on PC).
I think you will likely be limited by CPU power sooner than you will be limited by bandwidth. It takes a lot of CPU to chart or "do something" with a bunch of symbol tick data at once. Also some data feeds will limit the number of concurrent symbols you can receive data for.
Latency is really important ... look for the ping ....
From what I understand, ping is like an echo ... time to reach the destination and get the echo back
I do ping 5 ms from Montreal to Montreal, 35 ms from Montreal to Chicago ....
If you ever tried to play online shooter games, you know how much ping is important ...
for the bandwith, it's irrevelant because a data feed is so little that whatever you have a 256k or 6 Mb of bandwith, it make no difference
