Thoughts and some findings ON SIERRA CHART software
I'm completely convinced of realibility, stability, speed, drawing functionality, trading functionality and all other tools of Sierra Chart. Never ever I want to go back to any shiny, polished platform with fancy stuff - but freezing 3 times a day or not doing what I expect it to do - while the developers don't know their product and fixing takes 3 month. Sierra Chart in contrast is runnig and running and running; unnoticed and quiet - and if something goes wrong I safely can assume I myself messed something up. If its a very rare little bug in the software: 2 days at most and it is done - sometimes only one hour! Took me a while to get a hang of the software and I am finding out something new every day.
Here I want to share some things on Sierra Charts, it is kind of a little website and a mixture of English and German and will be continued. It comes without any warranty, but maybe it is of interest or help for anybody:
NOTE: Depending on the browsers security settings the links (especially to the articles on Sierra Charts documentation) on the little websites might be displayed or blocked - they either are working in browsers with normal security settings or the content needs to be unblocked. This happens since the little websites are https encrypted and link to Sierra Charts website which is not https encrypted but http.

Some more ON ORDERS: I added a new page to the dropbox-based little website with links to the respective Sierra Chart documentation articles on the in Sierra Chart available orders and their processing by some brokerages (InfinityFutures and Interactive Brokers) and some exchanges (CME and EUREX). These informations come without any warranty, but maybe they are of interest or help for anybody.
