I have been a member of this forum for a few years now. Few weeks ago I've joined stage 5 and realized the BookMap is very popular over there.

gave me the idea for the version I have developed. I am enclosing the .dll and an example chart book as a contribution to this forum.

I think the result is extremely close to bookMap and with Sierra chart functionality it can be even more useful.

An example chart using the studies is also included. It use is self explanatory by looking at the enclosed chart.

Unfortunately SC does not save DOM data but it should be coming soon.

As always no warranty is given for its proper operation.

Good trading

wow thanks for coding this AmirN. I use a black screen by default I was wondering how I load this up on a white screen as in your example without having to change the global graphic settings?

Cheers

I solved the graphics issue myself I needed to go to Chart>grahpics and unselect global. Hope that helps someone else with the same question.

AmirN I still dont see the black lines on my chart I was wondering if that it because I dont have the Amir Orderbook along the top of the screen like you do here is my screen shot.

You do have to close SC and save amirN.dll in your SC data folder.

When you press F6 and select custom studies amirN dll should be shown.

From your screen it seems that the DLL has not been loaded into SC.

Also it might help if use the latest SC version.

Regards

It was the version of Sierra although saying that I only updated it a week ago. They must update it a lot i was on version 1406.

So anyone else downloading this update sierra first!

Thanks Amir for the help mate, do I need to leave this to build up some history to fill out the levels like on your example?

Also can I use this on YM or CL or does it just work on ES?

Cheers

Aaron

This would work on any market. You might have to change the LargVolume indicator values for your market if you choose to use those.

SC does not store DOM data yet, although I have been told it would be done within two weeks. So the data would only get updated whilst connecting to your data feed. If you close and restart SC or refresh your chart you would loose what is displayed on the screen.

Nice man, looks real promising.

Just a thought, since alot of people use black/ dark backgrounds, it might be a good idea to invert the colours. So large orders are white, small orders are black etc.

You have to download and save them into SierraChart\Data\ folder

then open the example chartbook from Sierrachart

If you need help with custom studies you can ask for SC support on:

https://www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php?ThreadID=20962

I have also left a small instruction in the above
