I recently decided to switch over to MC from Ninjatrader because it appears to suit my trading better. Now I have found a volume study here on FIO witch is essential for my trading. Its a .pla file and I wanted to import it by using the Power Language Editor Window.
The problem is, that when I press the import button it does not show me the file. It appears that the editor doesnt know .pla files.
Is there anything I can do?
Thanks a lot.

Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
are you using Multicharts or Multicharts.NET? Studies with the PLA extension are specific to Multicharts and can't be imported into MC.NET.
In case you are using Multicharts make sure that you have set the file type to PLA (or all supported formats) when you look for the file via PL Editor.
