Trevor,

Since Sunday evening, Market Delta Trader is not receiving CQG datafeed. AMP futures tells me that CQG datafeed is working without a glitch with all platforms except MD Trader. I could vouch that is correct as I have no problem getting CQG feed thru MultiCharts.

AMP says they received many many complaints about MD Trader not working and MarketDelta is working on the problem but there is no estimation when the problem would be fixed.

Problem started on March 28th morning. Rebooting my system fixed it then.

Can you talk about the problem and give us an estimation when it would be fixed?
Already 36 hours of outage and no updates of when it would be fixed.

I can't sign into it. Changing platforms now, Too bad, i wanted to go with Market Delta Charts this month. I called CQG, they said its not on their side. OK. Who knows , it is just not working. Amp says they are aware. I'll change till things work out.

Got a response from Trevor for the service ticket I opened with the following suggestions.
1. They are working on a long-term solution which is months away.
2. If Market Delta Trader is used to power Market Delta Charts or Investory/RT, switch the datafeed to Rithmic, TT, OEC/Gain 3. Switch to MarketDelta Cloud with IQFeed.
4. Send log files for troubleshooting.

From this email, I get the impression what even MarketDelta Cloud is having problems with CQG feed.

Anyways, I have decided to subscribe to IQFeed to power the Investor/RT Charts and take MarketDelta Trader completely out of the loop.

Good idea!

I removed MD Trader a long time ago due to somewhat similar reasons.

Market Delta tracked down the problem to older version of CQG libraries. They recommended installing CQG Trader just to get the new libraries in place. Now MD Trader is working fine.

Have MarketDelta and InvestorRT stopped supporting CQG feeds? I noticed the latest release of MarketDelta at least isn't supporting CQG. Can anyone shed some light on this?
