Hi guys,

This is my first journal here and I'm not fluent in english. So...maybe it will be hard to read and because of that I will try to focus on numbers.

This is also my first combine. My expectations are quite high but I'm ready to be knocked out.

My strategy will be trade only CL to catch 0,02 to 0,10 profits.

I have a huge limitation on trade time due to my daily job. So, I will trade on low volume times.

I started just few hours ago and I had a nice first day. Made some mistakes. Despite the fact that was simulation and no money involved(except combine fee) I was very nervous! Just like if was my real money account on table. I had to drink a beer to get ready

My expectation is to make $600 a day when I trade full time. For this combine it is going to be very hard because I will trade 3 hours on morning plus 3 hours night scalping 1 contract at time. But lets see.

Cheers!

What did I do right?
-I've follow my rules with confidence and traded just when signals show up.

What did I do wrong?
-Didn't sleep well last night. My first couple trades were a bit of luck because I was quite lethargic. After take a redbull 10:00 a.m I was ready but its not the ideal picture.
-Did not pay attention to economic releases.

How can I improve?
-Sleep better
-I don't drink coffe, so, a redbull can help sometimes.
-Pay more attention to economic releases
-Do not hesitate when charts looks "ugly". My setup doesnt take that in count,so, stick with setup!!

Despite the fact it is "fake" money($300 on combine its not fake) I'm still a bit nervous, but confident(and confused) when trading. I'm putting to much hope on TST I guess.

My second day. Despite the profits I'm feeling bit tense/anxious. I use sometimes 7 contracts(scaling up and dow) to reach those results. But in funded account I have to start with 3 :/ Will be quite challenging. And yes I just figure out that now

What did I do right?
Hard to tell. Ended up in a profitable day but I almost blew up my account because of lack of attention.

What did I do wrong?
Enter in a trade without look at order qty. Result: I was long on 8 contracts when shoud be on just 3. Here, luck show up and I end up this mess with $ 80,00 positive in my pocket. I also was trading during work hours and were called for a meeting just in the middle of my trade. But how can I avoid that? Trading at night when a should be sleeping or playing with my kid? Combine is harder than i thought.

Did a lot of mistakes today:
1- No attention to position size. Nervous.
2- Still no attention to time. Start a trade 1 hour before close. Amateur.
3- Shake hands(overtrading even for a scalper):sos:.
I had to let trades run more. Specially when I am up few ticks already.

How can I improve?
I have to work more on my stop loss. I'm doing all wrong here. Cutting gains quickly and let losses run

Your results are turning out well even though you have areas you want to improve in.
Goodluck.

Just to make it clear. I failed. But I did not give up, I focused on the market that I dominate, I made some money and now I'm getting ready to face a new Combine.

Hi man, just take it with a grain of salt since i blew up too many combines. Try hard not to be down close to your daily loss limit, because luck can get you out of trouble, but soon or later it will come and you have no idea what just hit you.
